Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "vio500" — the online betting platform operated under the domain vio500.cam, including all associated mobile-optimized interfaces and services.
• "Account" — a registered member account created on vio500, uniquely associated with one individual Player.
• "Balance" — the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's account, excluding any bonus amounts unless expressly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by vio500 subject to wagering requirements and specific promotional terms.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer, the identity verification process required under our compliance obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" — the total volume of bets a Player must place before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
• "Self-Exclusion" — a voluntary restriction a Player may place on their own account to limit or block access to vio500 for a defined period.
• "RNG" — Random Number Generator, the certified algorithm used to determine outcomes in non-live-dealer games.
• "IDR / Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency accepted and displayed on vio500.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used for all scheduling, draw times, and customer service hours on vio500.

To register and maintain an active account on vio500, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. vio500 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in accordance with Indonesian regulatory standards and responsible gaming best practice.
2. You must be an individual natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and associations may not register as Players.
3. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
4. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by vio500 or any recognized third-party responsible gaming body.
5. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of vio500 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
6. You must access vio500 voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of any third party.

Registration on vio500 is free of charge. Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You must keep your account credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. vio500 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in is deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

vio500 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) program in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification may be triggered at any of the following points: upon your first withdrawal request, when your cumulative deposits exceed a defined threshold, when account activity triggers our fraud-detection systems, or at any time at the Company's reasonable discretion.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (KTP), Passport, or Driver's License (SIM) — must be government-issued, current, and showing full name, photograph, and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A bank statement, utility bill, or official government correspondence dated within the last 90 days, showing your name and residential address in Indonesia.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph of the bank account or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) used to deposit, confirming that the payment method belongs to the account holder.
• Source of Funds Declaration: For high-value accounts, vio500 may request a declaration of the source of funds used for betting activity.

Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete. vio500 will not be liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or failed KYC submissions.

vio500 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposit transactions are processed over encrypted connections and credited to your account balance in real time.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, deposits above a defined threshold may trigger additional KYC review as described in Clause 4. vio500 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• If a deposit fails to credit within 10 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• vio500 reserves the right to return a deposit and request an alternative payment method if the source cannot be verified.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are not currently accepted on vio500.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a bank account or e-wallet that is registered in the same name as your vio500 account. vio500 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous wallets, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the account.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Silver & Gold tier accounts: Processed within 1–24 hours of request submission.
• Platinum tier accounts: Processed within 30 minutes to 4 hours.
• Black Diamond VIP accounts: Priority processing within 15 minutes during operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB).

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. Your account KYC verification must be fully approved before any withdrawal is released.
2. Any active bonus funds attached to your account must be either fully wagered through or forfeited before a withdrawal of real-money balance is permitted.
3. vio500 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending further security or fraud checks. Players will be notified of any such delay within 24 hours.
4. Withdrawals requested during Indonesian national holidays may experience additional processing time of up to 48 hours.

vio500 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Each bonus is available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts or identities will result in disqualification and potential account closure.
• The standard welcome bonus is subject to a 10x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a bonus of Rp 100.000, you must place a total of Rp 1.000.000 in qualifying bets before the bonus or any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: sports bets contribute 100%, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) bets contribute 50% unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion.
• Bonuses expire 30 days after the date of issue unless the specific promotion states a different validity period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• vio500 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practicable.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash outside of qualifying wagering, or combined with other bonuses unless the promotion explicitly permits it.
• Bets placed on voided, cancelled, or drawn (push) markets do not count toward wagering requirements.

All bets placed on vio500 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market, as displayed on the platform at the time of wagering. The following general rules apply across all betting products:

• Bets are accepted at the odds or prices displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. vio500 does not honor bets placed at erroneous odds caused by a system error or data feed malfunction; such bets will be voided and the stake returned.
• For sports betting, including bandar bola (sports bookmaker) style markets, mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, and pre-match or live (voor bola) markets, the outcome is determined by the official result issued by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI for Indonesian football, the Badminton World Federation for BWF events).
• In the event of a match abandonment or postponement, vio500's standard rule is to void all bets and return stakes, unless the match is completed within 12 hours of the original scheduled kick-off time.
• For togel markets, results are determined by the official draw of the referenced lottery (e.g., Singapore Pools draw for Togel SGP). vio500 bears no responsibility for delays or changes to official draw schedules.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per bet type. Current limits are displayed on the relevant market page. vio500 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual Player at its discretion.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by Evolution Gaming's certified live dealer procedures and RNG systems where applicable. Results are final once confirmed by the dealer or the game system.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on vio500 and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where warranted:

• Creating more than one account, or assisting another person to create a duplicate account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the vio500 platform in a manner that bypasses normal human interaction.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or mathematical vulnerabilities in any game to generate an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider-information betting, or any form of sports corruption.
• Using the platform to launder money or facilitate any other unlawful financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any support interaction.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vio500 staff or other members via any communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's account without authorization.
• Using VPN, proxy, or similar tools to misrepresent your location or circumvent platform restrictions.

All content on the vio500 platform — including but not limited to the vio500 brand name, logo, graphic designs, software, text, images, video streams, and game assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of vio500 or its licensed third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the vio500 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any vio500 content without express prior written consent from the Company.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vio500 and its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, or actions of Indonesian telecommunications providers.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP) or e-wallet providers (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
• Any loss arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

In any event, vio500's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vio500 is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may close your vio500 account by submitting a written request to our support team. Provided your account is in good standing — no outstanding wagering requirements, no pending KYC requests, no active investigations — any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days.

vio500 may suspend or permanently close your account with immediate effect, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct on the platform.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Instruction from a law enforcement agency, regulatory body, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• A determination that the Player is under 21 years of age.
• vio500's reasonable assessment that continued operation of the account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to the Company.

Upon termination for cause, vio500 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where funds are ultimately determined to be legitimately owned by the Player, they will be returned net of any applicable deductions.

vio500 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a Player — vio500 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by email to your registered address and/or by a prominent notice displayed on the platform upon login.

Your continued use of vio500 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and submit an account closure request before the amendment takes effect. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vio500 holds its primary operating license. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your place of residence.

In the event of a dispute between you and vio500:

1. Informal Resolution: You should first contact vio500's support team at [email protected] and allow us a reasonable opportunity (no less than 30 days) to resolve the matter informally.
2. Formal Dispute: If the matter is not resolved informally, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized international commercial arbitration body.
3. Jurisdiction: Both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the arbitral forum specified in the arbitration notice for the purposes of resolving any dispute under these Terms.

For disputes relating to individual bet outcomes, vio500's internal adjudication process applies first. Bet-outcome complaints must be submitted within 7 days of the disputed result being declared. After this period, all results are considered final and binding.
